Down Under Makes It’s Move

The IFPA World Champs naturally grabbed the headlines in June, but it was the first event in the inaugural Australia and New Zealand Pro Circuit Championship, BPAC, that had the biggest impact on our rankings.

The Highlights…

June was a big month for the Australians, with several players producing some of the biggest gains anywhere in the Lit 5000.

The standout performance came from Matthew Owen (+299), who climbed into 69th place overall. Not far behind was Tom Casey (+270) jumping to 55th, with Jason Lambert (+100) just ahead in 54th. It was also another excellent month for Anthony Cirillo (+150), whose points increase lifted him into the world’s top 75.

Looking across the entire Lit 5000, Jordan Tredaway (+362) claimed the biggest improvement of the month, while New Zealanders also enjoyed a strong showing. Josh Burke (+297) reached 271st, and Tyler Dipper (+238) moving up to 260th in the world.

At the very top, Jason Zahler continues to lead the way, but with so many players posting triple-digit improvements throughout June, the battle for positions inside the top 100 is becoming increasingly competitive. With another busy month of tournaments ahead, don’t expect the rankings to stay still for long.
